So as I mentioned in my last blog post, I am currently enjoying being the Science teacher to 755 little inquisitive minds and I am enjoying it more than I ever thought I could! So far I have taught Year 3 about heat and living and non-living things, I've taught Year 4 about force and animal adaptations o their environments, Year 5 have been learning about electrical circuits and Earth and Space and Year 6 have been investigating light and Earthquakes. I have had so much fun each day, teaching the children as well as learning with them. We explore, we discover and we learn together because you are never ever too old to learn something new! Especially in the Science realm!
Over the weekend I decided I needed some resources and bought up big! I think the man from the little toy shop in the coastal town of where I was staying was delighted that I walked into his store. (Watch out for a haul on my Youtube channel where I go through all the things I bought and how I plan to use them in the classroom)
Now, I best be going to bed to get some rest because I'll need to be switched on tomorrow! Exciting week ahead this week as we start STEM week in the Science Lab! Please subscribe to see what we get up to :)
